TRAVEL: We travel anywhere in the triad (Greensboro, Kernersville, Winston) at no extra charge.
Venues and properties outside of these limits, our traveling fee begins at $25.00. Contact us for a direct quote for your location.

how it works:

SITTING FEE: $75.00 Don’t stress over how many rooms you may think you need covered and decide after you have seen the photos where you can then hand select the ones you wish to post for a listing.
Simply pay us to come out, and we will cover the entire home, inside and out, or whatever rooms you desire to he photographed for one flat fee of $75.00. Then, after the session, you may purchase the photos you wish to post separately by choosing one of our photo packages below.
PURCHASING A PHOTO PACKAGE: After we have photographed the home, we will send you the proofs of all the photos taken. You will then be able to browse and select a package below that best fits your needs.
After you have chosen your photos, we will professionally edit them and send them to you for posting.

Packages below are for professional real estate photos that capture the layout and size of each space/room inside the home.
JTPerceptions has invested in quality equipment that include cameras and lenses that are specifically designed for real estate photography to ensure we have each space and room looking its best for your clients.

Choose 15 or less digital, full resolution professionally edited photos.

Choose 16-30 digital, full resolution professionally edited photos.

Choose 31-45 digital, full resolution professionally edited photos.

photography and videography

Aerial drone photos of the outside of the home may be added to ANY of the Traditional Photography packages for only $50.00 more.
We do provide an establishing front shot of the home with any of our traditional photo packages, but drone photography adds a whole different perspective that shows off the whole yard and layout of the property in relation to the home.

If you are selling a home that includes several acres of land separate from the home itself, or are selling land on its own, drone videography is the perfect way to capture the vastness and beauty of what you want your clients to see that would otherwise be almost impossible to explain with just words or photos.

We will film the property/land and edit it into a brief but masterful portrayal of the area that will truly entice your audience.

VIDEOGRAPHY packages

There are NO Sitting fees for our real estate walk through video packages. Prices below are all inclusive.
Show off the size and layout of the home in which you are selling, with a Real Estate Video Tour.
We will capture every space and room in the home with our quality gimbal which provides the viewer with steady and smooth footage as makes them feel as if you are gliding through each space.
This allows your audience to understand how each room connects to the next, and makes them feel as if they were really there themselves helping them to image if this could truly be their next home.
We will edit the footage into a continuous video with professionally and complimenting music, lasting a few minutes or loner, depending on the size of the home/property.

Designed for homes that are 1500 sqft or less in size.
Receive a 1-2 minute fully edited video.

We will edit the footage to professionally chosen music to fit the look and feel of the home as the video guides your clients through the character and layout, further helping them understand how each room connects to the next.

Designed for homes that are 2500-3500 sqft or less in size.
Receive a 3-4 minute fully edited video.
